On Earth, Sally and a group of ex-Alliance mercenaries have discovered Heero's Gundam, which he had abandoned in the sea while he went into space. On Barge, Milliardo Peacecraft speaks with the colony representatives, trying to make them understand that accepting OZ's rule and the militarization of space will not buy them the security they crave. Meanwhile, OZ continues to put a media spin on their actions, and when Duo dismisses the latest propaganda, he is approached by a young OZ soldier named Hilde Schbeiker. Hilde tells him that he can see what OZ does for himself by coming to the next week's military exam for recruitment.
