Synopsis by Iotis Erlewine
When a young Jewish scholar (Michael Goldstein) leaves the safe, orderly world of the synagogue in order to gain a better knowledge and understanding of the outside world, he ends up at a small farm in the country. However, conflict arises when two local farming families battle over the "rights" to the young man. This film is in Yiddish with subtitles in English.
