This video is one in a five-volume series that examines some of the key events of the twentieth century. One such pivotal moment was the October Revolution in Russia in 1917. The line of Tsars ended with the rise of the Bolsheviks to power. The story of Lenin and the Bolsheviks, and the establishment of the United Soviet Socialist Republics is the subject of this episode. The volume also contains two short documentaries: "World War I" and "Dictators."
