This sequel to the 1987 Dangaioh OVA finds the Earth in peril as a team of giant robots called Ex Tartaro are on a mission to wipe out the population of the world as an act of "purification." There is a force that can stand up to the Ex Tartaro however, another group of robotic fighters called the Dangaioh. Using ingenious strategies, the Dangaioh beat back the enemy, but how long can the three young pilots keep these mechanical monsters at bay? Finding out who sent them is the only answer to saving the world from total destruction.
