The Great Chefs series, produced by the Discovery Channel, presents famous chefs from around the globe, cooking favorite dishes from their renowned restaurants. This set of programs travels to the city of New Orleans where the unique marriage of French and Louisianan lifestyles brought Creole culture and cuisine. Recipes from various chefs throughout the city include Shrimp Remoulade, Artichoke and Oyster Souffle, Profiterolles au Chocolat, Bouillabaisse, Bananas Foster, Pompano en Papillotte, Eggs Sardou, Grillades and Grits, and Souffle Potatoes. This episode features Chef Daniel Bonnot, who was born and raised in France and has since moved to New Orleans to open several restaurants, showing off his excellence in Creole cooking.
