Synopsis by Ed Atkinson

Popular long time sports announcer Brent Musberger hosts this look at some of the greatest golf shots ever caught on film. Focusing on professional tournaments like the Masters and The British Open, Musberger details how certain key shots allowed a player to walk away with an unexpected title. Also shown are the many great saves that allowed a golfer to maintain a lead and walk away with a record breaking performance. Musberger uses his uncanny ability to build a sports moment, keeping the viewer on edge and feeling the pressure, and then lets the footage do the rest. The only problem with Golf's Greatest Shots, Vol. 1 may be that it focuses too much on recent golfers like Greg Norman, Jack Nicklaus and Nick Faldo and not enough on the great shots from Bobby Jones and Ben Hogan.
