Also known as Tintin and the Adventure of the Golden Fleece, the French/Belgian Golden Treasure was inspired by the internationally popular comic strip Tintin. Jean-Pierre Talbot makes the first of two appearances as Herge's fearless teenaged journalist. This time, Tintin and his faithful dog Mizzou (known as "Snowy" in the English-language version) are at large in Turkey. While searching for the eponymous treasure, our heroes are obliged to keep one step ahead of the requisite cutthroat villains. Georges Wilson costars as crusty old Captain Haddock...but where are Thomson and Thompson?
