Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Cardigans singer Nina Persson makes her screen debut opposite director/co-scripter/star Amir Chamdin in an achingly romantic tale of two would-be lovers longing to connect during a sweltering Stockholm summer. The tear is 1975, and immigrant worker Juan (Chamdin) works around the clock while anxiously awaiting the arrival of his wife. Upon meeting at the restaurant that the hard-working immigrant cleans by night, Amir and pretty local Juli (Persson) take an immediate liking to one another. Over the course of the following week, the smitten pair spends every available moment together. As the day Amir's wife is set to arrive draws near, Amir and Juli ponder just what will become of their powerful yet fragile bond.
