While on a fishing expedition, Gilligan reels in a suitcase marked "US Government--Top Secret." In his usual bumbling manner, our hero manages to get himself handcuffed to the mysterious briefcase. This leads to another marvelous dream sequence, in which Gilligan imagines himself as an 007-style espionage agent, with the rest of the Castaways showing up as sinister enemy spies! (This is the first Gilligan's Island episode to open with a pre-credits teaser).
