Gidget (Sally Field) and her friends are aghast when "their" beach cove is invaded and claimed by a rival bunch of kids. In her efforts to win back the cove, Gidget devises a strategy which ends up pitting the boys against the girls--oops! Appearing as "Casey" is Japanese-American actor Mako, best known for his dramatic work in such films as Testament, Tucker: A Man and His Dream and Memoirs of a Geisha.
