In January 2012, British singer, songwriter and composer Gary Barlow (Take That) was commissioned to author a unique song to commemorate Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee. Barlow teamed up with Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber to author the basic melody, then hit upon the idea of recording alternate versions by different performers from around the British Commonwealth, to be collectively included in the Sing album. Barlow soon set off on a journey around the world to make this happen, with stops including a rainforest on the Solomon Islands (for a session with a group of pan-pipers); Sydney, Australia (for a performance by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra), Jamaica (for a session with several Rastafarian drummers) and much more. At one point, Barlow also brings Prince Harry in for his own contribution to the recording. This documentary captures Barlow's exciting and colorful journey, from the project's conception through its presentation before the Queen.
