Broadcast on Sunday afternoons, the Canadian outdoor-recreation series Game Country was created and hosted by Paul St. Pierre, author of the best-selling Cariboo Country. Inasmuch as the series emanated from the CBC's Vancouver studios, special emphasis was placed upon recreational activities in British Columbia. The program and impressive guest-star list, with many show-business celebrities among them. Game Country was originally shown from November 3 to December 29, 1957.
