Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Having forgotten until the very last minute that Kimmy (Andrea Barber) is approaching her 18th birthday, DJ (Candace Cameron) hastily assembles a surprise party for her best friend. Alas, there's a bit of a schedule conflict: the impromptu party will fall on the same day that DJ and her boyfriend Steve (Scott Weinger) had planned to celebrate their six-month anniversary. What follows is the strangest party on record, with "gifts" and "favors" that all but defy description.
