Synopsis by Rovi
Baby Emma won't stop crying, driving new mom Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) to turn on the spigots herself. Meanwhile, the "non-proposal" that occurred in the previous episode continues to prove embarrassing -- and physically painful -- for Rachel's erstwhile suitors Ross (David Schwimmer) and Joey (Matt LeBlanc). And while struggling to stay awake at a company meeting, Chandler (Matthew Perry) inadvertently agrees to be transferred to Tulsa.
