A robot boy sent by his maker to recover a stolen secret formula embarks on the journey of a lifetime in this animated adventure that the whole family will enjoy. Built by mad scientist Dr. Max Enstein and entrusted with the responsibility of locating a secret formula that could revolutionize modern medicine, Frank hits the streets with the help of a fearless television reporter in hopes of retrieving the formula and getting to the bottom of Dr. Enstein's well-guarded experiments. Getting the formula back won't be easy though, and before Frank completes his mission he will make an amazing discovery about himself that will change his life forever.
