Four childhood friends encounter chaos and consequence after ingesting a drug that causes total amnesia at the stroke of midnight. Later, when Patrick expresses reservations about taking the experimental new pills, his girlfriend Megan and pals Ryan and Sean decide that it's too late to turn back. As the effects take hold, the foursome find themselves at a shady inner-city bar, where volatile drug-dealer Mathias plunges them headlong into the most frightening night of their lives.
