Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle doubled as star and director of this 2-reel Keystone romp. Fatty plays a star-struck janitor at a big motion picture studio (Keystone, or course). His relentless pursuit of celebrities wreaks hilarious havoc on several movie sets, ending with an orgy of chaos. Virtually plotless, the film is an excuse to showcase such Broadway favorites as Ivy Croswaithe, Joe Weber and Lew Fields, Sam Bernard, William Collier Sr. and Joe Jackson -- all of whom were then conveniently under contract to Keystone head man Mack Sennett. Supporting this glittering line-up was the usual gang of Keystone cut-ups, including Al St. John, Ford Sterling and Sennett himself.
