Synopsis by Daniel Gelb
A Moroccan-born single mother living in France (Soria Zeroual) tries to provide for her children by working as a maid. As her own health deteriorates, Fatima's eldest daughter Nesrine (Zita Hanrot) begins medical school and her rebellious 15-year-old Souad (Kenza Noah Aïche) struggles with her studies.
