Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
When a writer returns to his hometown in the Pacific Northwest to pen his latest novel, an unexpected friendship with a local legend offers one last chance at redemption in this nostalgic drama from actor-turned-director Garrett Bennett. Upon returning to the small town in which he was raised, writer Nick (Joe Flanigan) strikes up a curious friendship with Harry (William Hall, Jr.) -- a former staple of the community and owner of the dilapidated hat factory whose alcoholism has left him a reclusive shell of his former self. When Nick takes a part-time job as a projectionist at a local movie theater, he begins to hatch a plan to offer his newfound friend a chance to make his illustrious past shine once again.
