Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The 65-minute Face in the Mirror probes the all-too-common phenomenon of teen suicide. The drama investigates not only the probably causes of such tragedies, but also the aftermath. The degrees of pain suffered by those close to the teens, coupled with the emotional repercussions, are at the heart of the film. The cast of able newcomers includes Michael Mitchell, Brian Pack, Scott Weir, Tom Vandernolle and Marlene O'Malley. Face in the Mirror was assembled by Heartland Productions, a religious-broadcasting concern.
