Shin Seung-Soo directed this South Korean comedy-adventure in which actors Park (Lim Chang-Jeong) and Kim (Na Han-Il) are frustrated in their efforts to line up bigger film roles. However, the believable badges they were given for bit parts enable them to pose as cops and set several scams in motion, eventually raising enough money to make their own films. Shown in competition at the 1998 Montreal World Film Festival.
