Creationists and Darwinists alike are likely to be offended by this irreverent musical comedy. In Evolution: The Musical!, the descendents of monkeys ("the Beasties") and offspring of Adam ("the Blesseds") live side by side, but their uneasy peace is broken by the murder of one of the Beasties. Though this attack sparks an all-out war, a female Blessed and a male Beastie are drawn together in a forbidden -- and funny -- romance.
