Morgan (Frederick Stafford) is a former safecracker who is lured on board the boat of the beautiful Colleen (Jean Seberg). He awakens the next morning to face Colleen's father, a notorious gangster from the United States. The mob boss enlists Morgan's help to steal money from the safe of an island despot who plans to take over the country. Morgan falls for Colleen as the two are caught up in the fervor of political instability in this routine action drama.
