As modes of alternative medicine that are enjoying renewed popularity in the 21st century, aromatherapy (or the art of using scented oils to improve one's health) and massage can be used to a number of ends including stress relief, pain relief and the reduction of overall tension. Television pundit Cecelia Yates and masseuse/aromatherapist Francesca Witherby co-host the instructional release Essential Massage and Aromatherapy, in which they teach viewers a series of at-home routines that combine techniques from both practices.
