This true story written and directed by Gabriel Robertson recounts the real-life fighter jet crash of a Japanese pilot into the waters of the isolated Hawaiian island of Ni’ihau, shortly after the shocking attack of Pearl Harbour. The locals rescue the pilot, accepting him with local customs and courtesy but it doesn't take long for them to figure out the pilot was involved in Pearl Harbor and that he did not crash, he was shot down.
