Now that he has been promoted to Engineer, Roy DeSoto (Kevin Tighe) is faced with the prospect of having to leave the Paramedics program. Meanwhile, a huge pileup on the fog-enshrouded San Diego Freeway results in dozens of seriously injured motorists.
