Synopsis by Perry Seibert
The documentary Electoral Dysfunction follows long-time Daily Show contributor Mo Rocca as he travels around America in order to find out more about how voting actually works. Prompted by his realization that the right to vote is not written into the Constitution of the United States, he sets off to interview grass-roots "get out the vote" activists, and showcases how laws restricting voting fluctuate wildly in different parts of the country.
