A rare one-shot special from cable's Food Network, Eating Out Loud was hosted by Ruth Reichl, longtime editor of Gourmet magazine. In the course of an entertaining 60 minutes, Reichl sought out and found the best in international cuisine -- specifically Cuban and Brazilian -- without ever leaving the confines of Miami. According to some sources, Eating Out Loud: Miami was intended as the pilot for a weekly series.
