Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The masterful direction of Frank Borzage adds three-dimensionality to the otherwise cardboard complications in Easy to Wed. Young marrieds Tommy (Matt Moore) and Daphne Carter (Kathryn Perry) try desperately to "keep up with the Joneses." In the process, they spend themselves into poverty. But they still look out for those less fortunate than themselves, thus they take in downtrodden Cassius Hayden (Albert Gran) as a boarder, offering him a free meal and bed. Luck of luck, Hayden turns out to be a millionaire--and you know what happens next.
