In this follow-up to the popular Awakening Level release, host Duncan Wong leads a fusion yoga workout that is specially designed for intermediate to advanced-level yoga practitioners. By blending the fluidity of ashtanga yoga with the healing powers of Thai massage and the core and joint conditioning of Gung Fu, Wong meets increasing demand for more challenging, advanced level yoga workouts while achieving inner peace and outer perfection. With the option of performing the full, 100-minute workout or working through two fifty-minute segments, Wong provides the viewer with the choice to work at his or her own pace. An additional Gung demonstration, as well as a demonstration of Wong's twelve favorite mudras, adjustments of poses, and a twelve page booklet encourages viewers to continue working on their own to achieve the results they have always strived for.
