The victims of the drug culture are often young people, whose judgment has not yet been adequately developed to make healthful choices for themselves. This program investigates the phenomenon of underage drinking, which results in more teenage deaths than any other cause. Driving under the influence, alcohol poisoning, unwanted pregnancies, and property crime are some of the unpleasant consequences discussed in the film.
