Synopsis by Mark Deming
A deranged horror movie buff decides to make his ugly fantasies come true in this thriller. Billy Morrow (Brenton Earley) is the teenaged son of an ambitious politician, who, rather than care for her child, has instead kept him locked in his room most of his life. Billy's only window overlooks a drive-in movie theater that shows a steady flow of gruesome slasher movies; as a result, he's seen more limb-lopping murders than anyone could count. One night, Billy somehow escapes from his room, and heads for the drive-in, where he begins to re-enact the killings he's been watching for years. Drive In also stars Deshja Driggs, Rick Perkins, and Morganna Rae.
