The tournament pitting Cell against the Z-Team begins with a disarmingly comic episode. The long-winded Hercule demands to be the first fighter to challenge Cell, but he is beaten to the punch by the tag-team of Keroni and Peroshki. After making quick work of his hapless opponents, the gloating Cell challenges the Z-Fighters -- Goku in particular -- to enter the ring next. "Losers Fight First" was seen in Japan in 1993, then in the United States on November 28, 2000.
