In a distant time and place, the world is a very different place. While people call the exterminator to deal with rats and cockroaches in our world, gigantic angry dragons are the pests of theirs. With civilization surviving in feudal states contained in floating islands, people don't have time to fend for survival against giant beasts, and that's why they have Dragon Hunters. Lian-Chu and Gwizdo are the best Dragon Hunters in the business and, for a handsome fee (or even a less than handsome one), they'll employ their skills and rid any town of its dragon problem, even though wacky circumstances can get in the way, and frequently do.
