Thanks largely to Vegeta's stupid arrogance, the worst has happened; the voracious android Cell has reached completion, and is now dangerously all-powerful. The Z-Fighters line up to do battle against the super-strengthened Cell, but it seems hopeless. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Gohan arrives with a big surprise for everyone -- especially Cell.
