Synopsis by Hal Erickson
A talking dinosaur named Chobi is kidnapped by an unscrupulous circus promoter. As a friend of the imprisoned Chobi, the Great Saiyaman -- aka Gohan -- wants to rescue the creature. Trouble is, the evil promoter is perfectly within his legal rights to keep the dino in chains. Making matters worse, Gohan's classmate Videl intends to protect those rights -- and in so doing, she hopes to discover the true identity of the Great Saiyaman. This DragonBall Z episode first aired in America on September 20, 2001, eight years after its Japanese TV debut.
