Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
When a Van Nuys teen is arrested for petty theft, Sgt. Joe Friday (Jack Webb) and Officer Bill Gannon (Harry Morgan) learn that a local group of teens use stealing as an initiation to get into their exclusive club. Upon meeting cocky club leader Audie Fulton (Roger Mobley), Friday and Gannon find that his rich parents have little time to be troubled by their son's criminal behavior. When Audie subsequently gets arrested, he ends up thanking Friday for showing concern.
