Synopsis by Jinko Labitag
Adrianne is a suicidal woman who suffers from depression, anxiety, and opioid addiction. For years, she tried prescription medications, but they never helped her. In a bid to find a solution to her mounting problems, she turns to underground healers. The documentary film Dosed centers on Adrianne’s experience with naturopaths, and how their natural treatments helped her more effectively than the drugs that have been prescribed to her, highlighting the differences between pharmaceutical and natural care. This film is directed by Tyler Chandler.
