Hong Wai-tat directs this low-budget Category III erotic thriller. Hong Kong exploitation flick icon Simon Yam Tat-wah stars as Fred Suen, a twitchy computer programmer with an unhealthy obsession with comely TV reporter Kitty Wong (Yvonne Yung Hung). His activities at first include peeping on the journalist and beating up a couple punks who dare to heckle her during an interview. Later he starts to get weirder, and more possessive. He bombards her with obscene phone calls, breaks into her house, and vandalizes her belongings. When Kitty's boyfriend Charles (Michael Wong Man-tak) arranges to put in a high-tech security system in her flat, who should be the installer but Fred, who naturally makes the system a cinch to by-pass. During a party, Kitty announces her engagement to Charles, prompting her obsessive fan to off his competition. When Kitty finally figures out the perpetrator of this torment, she lures Suen to her house for one final meeting.
