From his illegal activities at small gambling clubs in Vegas, he went on to use syndicate money to establish the first luxury hotel on the Vegas strip in the mid-'40s, the Flamingo. This documentary combines interviews, authentic footage, and graphic photographs to tell the true story of Siegel, the flamboyant and unforgettable underworld innovator.
