With her sister being a popular cheerleader and her best friend having a boyfriend, pretty yet shy high schooler Chelsea (Amanda Arcuri) could not help but feel more and more inferior to her peers. Her insecurity and loneliness pushes her to take refuge in social media, and through it, she meets Brad (Jackson Rathbone). His attentiveness towards her draws her in, and soon, she agrees to meet him at a Halloween party. Little does she know that Brad is a man full of secrets, all of which are sinister and violent.
