Synopsis by Janiss Garza

This society drama is a tightly woven little programmer. Linda Catherton comes from a poor but aristocratic Georgia family. After growing tired of struggling financially she decides to marry someone wealthy and then divorce him to get the alimony. She finds a satisfactory victim in Roland Bland, a millionaire man-about-town (Holmes E. Herbert), but after the wedding, Linda finds that she really loves her husband. Bland, in turn, is very much in love with her, yet Conrad Fontaine, Bland's friend from his partying days (Cyril Ring), is anything but thrilled with all this marital bliss. He attempts to destroy the couple's happiness by digging up a letter Linda wrote when she was working on her original plan of divorce, but they are saved by a woman who loves Bland herself: She kills Fontaine because she wants Bland's happiness to remain undisturbed.
