Synopsis by Hal Erickson

On July 5, 1971, singer Dianne Heatherington joined the ranks of Canadian performers who attempted to launch their own series from the CBC's tiny Winnipeg studios. Also featured were several back-up musical performers, among them ubiquitous Winnipeg-based orchestra leader Dave Shaw. The guest stars were drawn from the ranks of Canadian rock-music favorites, with a few American stars thrown in. Telecast in a Monday evening half-hour slot, Dianne lasted until September 13, 1971.
