While shopping for electronic gadgets, Dexter bumps into a gibbering homeless man who is balancing random pieces of electronics on his head. Mistaking him for a genius, Dexter listens in awe as he mutters about transmitting, receiving, transducers, and signal strengths. Dexter brings the man home, hoping that the two can collaborate.
