Dexter has gone to Japan as a foreign exchange student, while his family is host to young Toshi. On his first day at school, Dexter tries to impress some of the other students with his cybernetic power suit, but they are unfazed; they too have power suits, underground diggers, and giant robots. As the game of one-upmanship escalates, Dexter accidentally awakens the giant monster Badaxtra from his underground hibernation, putting the whole world -- and especially Japan -- in peril. This action-packed final episode of the series' original run, also starring Monkey and the Justice Friends, spoofs Japanese animation and live-action clichés for the entire half-hour show.
