A group of young adults take over a house and implement a communal living system in this routine drama which makes a feeble attempt to provide a youthful perspective to the feature. Characters include a peppy female worker, a poor rich girl, an unwed mother, and some pseudo-intellectuals. They divide up the housework equally in a scenario that smacks of fantasy for anyone who has endured living with roommates. After the pregnant woman tries to kill herself, she has her baby prematurely. Eventually, all the residents go their separate ways and are supposedly all the wiser for their experience.
