This hopelessly obscure lesbian roughie concerns the sexual experiences of a secret sapphic society. Black and white silent footage is narrated by a sultry-voiced lesbian, who takes us through flashbacks to defining sexual moments in each member's life. We witness a drugged rape, innocent seduction and a hitchhiking flower child who satisfies the lusts of two different members of the group. Unfortunately, while fantasizing about this horny hippie one night, Dominique (the group's de facto leader) is caught unaware by a peeping tom, who breaks into her apartment and rapes her. The girls have their revenge when they kidnap the man, tie him to the wall with a hood over his head and let Dominique castrate him (an act she performs nude, for some reason). While wall-to-wall flesh is the whole point of Daughters of Lesbos, the women seem indifferent during their softcore sex scenes, making the film a fairly dull exercise. A sequel of sorts followed in 1968 entitled The Return of the Secret Society.
