Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A young couple finds their efforts to cope with a terminal illness complicated by the arrival of a pretty but mysterious stranger in this psychological thriller starring James Russo and Tracy Coogan. Diagnosed with an especially virulent form of cancer, Susan Branch (Coogan) retreats to a secluded cabin with her husband Henry (John Muscarnero) to fight for her life away from the stress and strain of the big city. But one day, while wandering through the woods, Henry happens across a young woman named Alicia as she's being brutally attacked by her uncle, and steps in to save her. Persuaded by the local police to shelter Alicia for the time being, Henry finds that his new houseguest has some dark secrets as she gradually attempts to take Susan's place. Meanwhile, as Susan's condition begins to deteriorate rapidly, Henry struggles to resist temptation, and remain true to his vows.
