Synopsis by Michael McGrath

Filmmaker Daniel Reeves is well known for his artistic short films. In this video, the third in a series featuring his short film work, Reeves displays two of his better-known pieces. The video starts with Sabda, which uses elegant cinematography to display the sights and sounds of modern-day India. Interspersed with the modern scenes are ancient words from India's past. The second piece is entitled Sombra a Sombra and examines the architecture of abandoned buildings through the writing of Cesar Vallejo, a noted Peruvian poet.
