Convinced that an unforgettable bash is the only way to truly preserve the memory of his deceased brother, BJ gathers the troops in hopes of throwing the biggest, baddest block party that the Big Easy has ever seen. His work certainly isn't cut out for him though, and as BJ attempts to escape the eye of a crooked cop bent on sabotaging the bash while avoiding the wrath of his jealous baby-momma, the odds seem stacked against him.
